Leah Ritchie

I am an Enrolled Nurse and the RCM at Residency By Dillons Tin Can Bay. My nursing career of 15 years has been in the Aged Care Industry. Aged Care is my passion and I find it such a privilege and honour to care for the elderly and to be part of their lives. As a manager, I promote a calming, safe environment with the feeling of belonging to a community within a community. I have an open-door policy for all Residents even if they just want to say hello or have a chat. I live in Tin Can Bay with my husband and between us we have 5 children. Tin Can Bay is a hidden paradise with the town folk so friendly and always smiling. Tin Can Bay is the optimal town for work - life balance.
