MEET THE MANAGER
Sheena Mathews
I am the Residential Care Manager at Residency by Dillons Mount Lawley. I have been a Registered Nurse for 13 years and started my career as an Operating Theatre Nurse in India. I have started working in aged care industry since 2017 as a RN then eventually as a Clinical Team Leader and Clinical Nurse Manager.
During my experience in caring for elderly I have realised that aged care is an extremely rewarding career path. I believe that providing quality care to residents makes a difference in their life which gives me personal fulfillment and job satisfaction.
Residency by Dillons values of Integrity, Respect and Empathy particularly resonate with me and this is why I enjoy working here. This organisation has given me opportunity to progress in my career as a facility manager.
Outside of work I love to spend quality time with my 2 beautiful kids and friends.
