Meet the Manager

Susan Jose

With a passion for compassionate care and a commitment to promoting quality of life, I am a Registered Nurse with an extensive background (17 years) in healthcare (ICU, Emergency and Aged Care). I hold a Bachelor of Nursing with Honours, a Graduate Certificate in Critical Care, and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Healthcare and Leadership, with my Graduate Diploma already completed.

I am a firm believer in person-centred care, ensuring that the unique needs and preferences of each individual are prioritized in every aspect of their care. I am dedicated to fostering an environment where families are actively involved in their loved ones’ care journey, understanding the importance of a collaborative and supportive approach.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy long walks, reading, and unwinding with Korean dramas, always finding balance and relaxation in these activities. My focus remains on driving excellence in healthcare management, while nurturing a compassionate, holistic environment for both residents and staff.
