Executive Director Quality and Marketing
I have been with Residency by Dillons for over 20 years. I have a degree in hotel business management and have worked in iconic hotels such as The Savoy, London and The Plaza, New York. My passion for the aged care industry resurfaced in 2010 in the area of Quality Systems and coming up with innovating ideas for continuous improvement programs. Today I’m more focused on the marketing aspect of Residency by Dillons whilst continuing with Quality systems. In my spare time I’m busy looking after my 9 year old twins.
Executive Director of Corporate Services
After completion of a bachelor’s degree in Business Management 2006, I entered aged care within the community space, creating a connection with clients whom needed further assistants with their care and finances. Since 2008 I have been actively involved with Residency By Dillons commencing as Assistant General Manager for our Mount Lawley facility to now as the Executive Director of Corporate Services for our Western Australia and Queensland facilities.
Executive Director, People & Culture
At the helm of Residency by Dillons' HR division, my role as Executive Director merges over 7 years of strategic leadership with a deep understanding of the Aged Care sector. By fostering a culture of innovation and empathy, our team has enhanced employee engagement and optimized operational frameworks, ensuring exceptional care for our residents and a supportive environment for our staff.
Executive Director of Admissions
I have been connected with Residency by Dillons for over 12 years and took on a more active role in administrations at our Fremantle property in 2021. In 2022 I took on a new role in the organisation as Executive Director of Admissions. I’m a mum to 5 amazing kids and know what it takes to be organised. I enjoy being able to connect with potential residents and their families in providing the much-needed support and advice as they navigate the aged care industry.
Group Executive of Clinical Governance
I have over 10 years’ experience working across the Residential Aged Care sector, having started as an Assistant in Nursing. With a clinical background in nursing, I have an understanding of the expectations and quality of care to residents, having worked as a Registered Nurse, Clinical Manager and Operations Manager for a number of private, and not for profit organisations in Sydney and Perth.
Lifestyle Quality Systems Manager
I have been with Residency by Dillons for over 10 years, having started as an assistant physiotherapist. Residency by Dillons has given me several opportunities for growth and development in the aged care industry, having held positions such as Activities and Lifestyle Coordinator, Residential Care Manager for Fremantle and now the Lifestyle Quality Systems Manager for the entire group. I hold a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree and post graduated in Exercise and Sports Science from University of Western Australia. My interests outside of work is spending time with my family and friends and following my passion for both the Indian and Australian cricket teams.
Human Resources Manager
In my role I am passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, I am committed to supporting and empowering our staff at every level, championing employee engagement, professional growth, and wellbeing. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, a Postgraduate Certificate in Counselling, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, a Postgraduate Certificate of People and Culture and I am currently completing my Masters of Human Resource Management, to further strengthen my expertise in employee relations, leadership development, and workplace strategy. Chef Manager
I was born and raised in Perth Western Australia, with the exception of a few years growing up in Bunbury Western Australia. I attended Rossmoyne senior high school and continued on to study economics at Curtin University Western Australia. I relocated in 1995 to Melbourne to study cookery and attended William Angliss college to formalise my culinary education, started at the knee of my mother. My working history in Melbourne was with High end French seafood and this allowed me to travel and cook through out Europe in my younger days. I returned to Perth to Marry, settle, start a family and continue my restaurant life through Restaurants, hotels and pubs in Perth. I owned and operated my own Private high-end in-home catering business for 15 years and still cook for special clients on special occasions. I moved into Residential aged care cooking 16 years ago and found my true passion for caring. I enjoy being a part of the industry as it moves through its greatest change in decades and I strive to meet the needs and wants of our residents through respect, dignity and choice.
