About Us

An exciting new chapter.

There will come a time in all our lives when we need help to manage our day. While it can seem scary, we’re working hard to change that view.

The aim of each Residency by Dillons home is to create a space where each resident thrives through personalised care, meaningful daily activities, regular outings, and strong social connections.

We treat people like the individual they are, encouraging personal growth, freedom, and independence so that they can continue building a life that is fulfilling. If they need extra support, our team are on hand to help as little or as much as you need.

Our Values

  • Belonging : We strive to create spaces that are inclusive, friendly, welcoming, and engaged within the local community.
  • Integrity : We always do the best we can and act with honesty and fairness.
  • Respect :  We value all people and their differences. We speak with kindness, positivity, and compassion to all.
  • Teamwork : We work together to bring about the best solution for everyone.
  • Empathy : We show understanding and compassion to those around us.
