Residency by Dillons Narrogin

Residency by Dillons Narrogin is a vital part of the wheatbelt community. We work in tandem with local schools, the library, and the Friends of Narrogin group to enhance the quality of life for each of our 50 residents.

Within the home, there are plenty of spaces to catch-up with family and friends or enjoy a moment in solitude. Our green garden is a particularly popular spot for a cuppa or two.

We offer an engaging lifestyle program designed to involve all residents, including monthly discussion forums, music performances, themed festivities, and outings to community events. Tradition and culture are important to us and we work with each resident to ensure their spiritual needs are met.

MEET THE MANAGER

Ruby RCM Narrogin

Ruby Pamugas

I am a Registered Nurse (RN)/RCM at Residency by Dillons Narrogin (RBDN). I previously worked as a dialysis nurse in the Philippines and for eight years in Saudi Arabia as RN in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Dental Centre. As an Aged Care RN/RCM, my job is interesting, enjoyable, and rewarding. It allows me to interact with a diverse group of elderly. It is fulfilling to be a part of someone’s life, to be able to cultivate happiness and make a positive difference in their life. As a manager, I continue my education by pursuing a master’s degree with two specialisations (Health Care Management and Women in Leadership). I enjoy living in Narrogin with my husband and 2 children because of the sense of community, belongingness and work-life balance.
