Nestled in a quiet Residential street in Fremantle, is Residency by Dillons Fremantle – a home of engaging care for women. We offer up to 25 Residential places, dining room, 2 lounge rooms, and gardens and courtyards to enjoy. We welcome family and friends to visit as often as possible and support you to make new friends here too.

Residency by Dillons Fremantle offers a comfortable and homely environment for women. We particularly welcome women who fulfil the supported Consumer’s criteria, that is, who are in receipt of the aged pension but have no other means to contribute to their care.

Residency by Dillons Fremantle provides accommodation for up to 25 Consumers with all levels of care needs in single and companion rooms.

Residency by Dillons Fremantle caters for those Consumers who are frail or physically dependent and require any level of nursing care. We provide a range of gentle therapies including exercise, and music. The team is well trained and passionately engages with each and every Consumer to ensure a wonderful quality of life.

Respite Care

Residency by Dillons Fremantle provides short term care on a respite basis.  Consumers are able to have up to 63 days respite in any one financial year (July to June).  Please refer to the Residential Care Manager for further information.


Residency by Dillons Fremantle liaises with a range of local organisations and the local school to support and encourage Consumers to participate in community events and friendships.

Health & Personal Care

Individual Consumers’ needs will be identified, addressed and continually monitored by a team of professional health carers in consultation with Consumers/families to enable each Consumer to maintain an optimum level of health and wellness.

Professionally-trained staff are focused on the ongoing needs of the Consumers and daily care of each individual and there are Registered Nurses onsite at all times of the day and night.

Consumer Lifestyle

The home has an engaging lifestyle program designed to suit the interest of Consumers’, from outings within the community and monthly discussion forums, to music performances, themed festivities and much more. The home truly respects each and every Consumer’s interests and where possible tailors activities which acknowledge this.

Residency by Dillons Fremantle understands the importance of providing emotional support to its Consumers, families and employees.

We strive to ensure comfort and dignity for each Consumer is maintained while residing at the home.
